Open image in Photoshop and make selection of object using a Marquee Tool. If your image is on a white background, click Background with Magic Wand and Inverse the selection from drop-down menu.

Once Image is selected, choose the "Define Brush Preset" option from the Edit drop-down menu.

Give your Brush a Descriptive Name.

Your newly made brush will appear at bottom of your Brush Preset Picker.

Open a New Document, Choose a foreground color for what color you would like the object to paint.

Click once for a single painted object.

For more detailed painting controls and options, Open your Brush Panel. Go to Brush Tip Shape to adjust the spacing at which the objects will be painted when the brush is constantly applied (mouse constantly pressed or tablet pen held down).
